Tax Compliance Form
The City Ordinance states that any person or business applying for a license or permit must be up to date on all taxes and fees that are due. Any outstanding balances must be paid before the Tax Collector and the Treasurer will sign off on the Tax Compliance form included with your application.
Click on the link below to view and download the Tax Compliance form. You can email or bring a completed form into our office to be signed. This letter must be signed by both the Tax Collector and the Treasurer before you are granted any licenses or permits.
