Yoni Glogower, Director of the Holyoke Office of Conservation and Sustainability, has landed a $100,000 Mass Trails grant for improvements at Anniversary Hill Park. The funding for a new ADA accessible trail, informational kiosk, and other trail upgrades is part of a larger vision to revitalize Holyoke’s largest park.
MassTrails is an inter-agency initiative of the Commonwealth led by the Governor’s Office in collaboration with the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, the Department of Transportation and the Department of Conservation and Recreation
Director Glogower organized a site walk July 19 at Anniversary Hill Park which was attended by City officials and members of Holyoke’s state legislative delegation.
