The City of Holyoke, Department of Public Works, has issued a regular Winter Parking Ban to be in effect from:
THURSDAY FEBRUARY 6 AT 7:00 A.M. UNTIL FRIDAY FEBRUARY 7 AT 6:00 A.M. AND A REVERSE PARKING BAN EFFECTIVE FRIDAY FEBRUARY 7 AT 8:00 A.M. UNTIL 7:00 P.M.
THERE WILL BE NO PARKING ON THE ODD SIDE OF THE STREET UNLESS OTHERWISE POSTED AND NO PARKING ON CUL-DE-SACS

Recreational Permits

City parks are open to the public.  However, by obtaining a permit for a specific location and time, you can assure your usage. If a team or organization is permitted to use a location, they have the first right to use the field.  Fields are generally booked well in advance, so please call ahead.  (413) 322-5620. In addition, you can rent a pavilion or picnic tables at community field:

The pavilion includes: 4 picnic tables, 2 charcoal grills (must bring own charcoal)

Available 7 days a week

Picnic Tables

$20.00 per table – Resident ; $25.00 per table – Non-resident (unlimited time)

Table Numbers 1-6 are located in the field just before the Pavilion.

Table Numbers 7-10 are located near the playground, water spray and the restrooms.

IF YOU ARE COOKING WITH PROPANE YOU MUST OBTAIN A PERMIT ISSUED BY THE HOLYOKE FIRE DEPARTMENT BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.

IF YOU ARE PLAYING MUSIC YOU MUST OBTAIN A LOUDSPEAKER PERMIT FROM THE HOLYOKE POLICE DEPARTMENT BEFORE A PERMIT CAN BE ISSUED.

IF YOU ARE RENTING ENTERTAINMENT/BOUNCEHOUSE YOU MUST PROVIDE PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE.
