1. Pay Online

For the utmost convenience, we provide an easy and secure online payment option. Simply click on the following link: Online Payment Portal. Through this portal, you can access your recent transactions, view current and past monthly payments, and utilize our secure Check-free service.

 

2. Pay by Mail or In Person

If you prefer traditional methods, you can send your payment to our DPW Office or visit us in person at:

3. Questions About Your Bill

4. Delinquent Charges

Please note that all charges or bills must be settled upon receipt. Payments not made within forty-five (45) days from the billing date on your bill will be considered delinquent. Delinquent accounts are subject to an annual interest charge of 14%, as per Massachusetts General Law Chapter 40, Section 21E, and the City of Holyoke Late Payment Ordinance. Ensure that payment reaches the Holyoke Department of Public Works before the past due date to avoid these charges.

 

5. Shut Off for Non-Payment of Charges

In the event of non-payment, water service may be discontinued for delinquent sewer accounts if payment is not received within thirty (30) days from the issuance of a final payment notice. Please be aware that a demand fee of fifty ($50) dollars may apply, separate from any potential termination of water service. Additionally, the Holyoke Water Works reserves the right to charge a water shut-off/turn-on fee of One Hundred ($100) dollars.
