Budget complete:
Budget for events $2400+$1000 from wrestling and LGBTQ events.
Requesting confirmation of funds with Mayor.
Need access to city funds for general cleanup, and bids for improvements.
Investigate 501c friends of building restart.
Cleanup process. Looking to hire a service. Or use the city.
Veterans Services is looking for more space.
City installed new security cameras connected externally to the HPD.
Veterans Services has control of entry to the building. Laddy wants two entry points.
WIFI supplied from the basement. City has plans to update the office.
Parking lot. Vehicles ticketed for being guests of the church. Agreement for parking is for special events and not on-going meetings. 2018 log book states that there are 23 stickers and most of them are no longer valid.
Count the number of spaces. Looking for input on SOP for parking lot. Spaces, scope, parking hours, sticker policy.
Room air conditioners and we are waiting for a quote from fuel services.
No update on steam system. Write letter to DPW and copy mayor.
Write letter for getting bulbs replaced.
New Business:
Re-Entry Meeting with Mayor September 23rd from 10:30-11:30am in the Mayor’s office. Talk about Sheriff’s Re-Entry Program. Looking for space in the War Memorial Building.
Health department fines the city for trash around the War Memorial Building.
“Voice” membership proposal. We agree to join this group. Representation at monthly meetings is required. Meetings located at Granby American Legion. 3pm on second Tuesday of the month.
Church is looking for employee policy.
October 19th DCF event. Department of Children and Families
October 20th Wrestling event.
Next meeting at 6pm October 8th.
