Purpose: This will be a Check in Meeting of the Community Advisory team before the scheduled May 19th Community Meetings.

1. Introduction 
2. Finish previous meeting discussions
3. Discuss Community Forum Goals and Agenda
4. Prepare volunteers to help us manage the table conversations
5. Review proposed agenda and other information for the Community Forums.
6. Review focus questions (We need to ask the right questions to get the information we need)
7. Discuss online/remote community meeting structure, etc for  May 21, 2025

As Holyoke transitions from receivership to local control, the School Committee and Community Advisory Team are gathering community input on the qualities and skills important for a Holyoke Superintendent.
