Item 1: LISI, ANDERSON-BURGOS, HERNANDEZ, LEBRON-MARTINEZ — that in an effort to obtain neutral, fact-based data and statistics, the City contract an independent assessment of Holyoke Police Department’s structure, policies, and practices.
