Item 1: 4/21/15 LISI – Ordered, that Section 2-35 of the Code of Ordinances, entitled “Classification and Compensation Plans” be amended to incorporate a new Classification and Compensation Plan, Elected Official Salary Ordinance and Miscellaneous Salary Schedule based upon the results of the HRS Salary Study, and that the current DH, PR and Miscellaneous Salary Schedules, as well as any other amendments previously adopted under this section be repealed.

Item 2: 2/20/18 ROMAN/LEAHY – Ordered, that the City of Holyoke take up and approve the salary study completed in 2014, and include in its salary revisions salaries of the Mayor, City Council and School Committee Members

Item 3: 8/7/18 MCGIVERIN – Ordered, That Schedule B, Compensation for Elected Officials of Chapter 2 of the Code of Ordinances be amended as follows, effective January 1, 2019:
Mayor: $125,000 City Clerk: $90,000 City Treasurer: $85,000
City Council: $12,500 City Council President: $1,000 (in addition to above)

Item 4: 2/4/20 MCGIVERIN – Ordered, that a Finance Department be created, under the leadership of a Finance Director, with details of each to be added to our code of ordinances.
Item 5: 6/18/19 BARTLEY — Holyoke ordinance Sec. 86-211. be amended by adding Washington Ave. from Northampton St. to Chapin St. and by adding Chapin St. from Washington Ave. to South St.
Item 6: 11/19/19 MURPHY — Ordered that the City consider establishing a policy to provide handicapped parking spots during winter reverse parking orders. The signage would only be placed opposite current handicapped parking slots, and only be enforced during a reverse plowing period.
Item 7: 12/1/20 Speed Hump Petition for Michigan Avenue.
Item 8: 12/1/20 ANDERSON-BURGOS — Order that the city of Holyoke adopt the truck exclusion law for West Franklin.
Item 9: 9/15/20 VACON — that our Engineer recommend the most effective safety measures such as; no parking here to corner signs be placed at the Vermont and Kane intersection or “no parking” be established on Vermont St. between Kane and Westfield road to enable emergency vehicles and busses turn at the intersection and to improve safety for pedestrians. Refer to Ordinance
Item 10: 9/15/20 BARTLEY–The City of Holyoke’s engineer provide a recommendation to the City Council as to whether a 4-way stop should be installed at the intersection of Hitchcock and Martin Streets. Refer to ordinance.
