Pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, and Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, notice is hereby given that there will be a regular meeting of the Holyoke Redevelopment Authority. The meeting is being held remotely only according to the provisions of the Executive Order extended by Governor Healey on March 29, 2023. This meeting notice contains the link above providing the public with remote access.

Chapter 30A, Section 21(a) “Reasons for Convening Executive Session”, that the HRA may enter Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the Chairperson declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.
