Mark was absent.                                                                                                                                                    Grantee communications in brief- “Where’s my money? Call the auditor!”                                                             Treasurer’s Report- For 2024 of the $101,905 available to grant $53,436.25 has been reimbursed and $48,468.75 remains. Some projects have not happened yet and several were granted extensions. For 2025 our anticipated amount available to grant will be $80,092.02 consisting of this years allocation of $66,200 plus $13,892.02 of unencumbered funds, pending final audit.

November Grant review dates- Navae volunteered the Holyoke Senior Center as a possible location for Nov. 11 since City Hall will be closed. Following discussion it was agreed that we would not meet on Nov. 11. Please reserve the following dates for grant review; Monday, Nov. 4, Wed., Nov. 13 and Thurs., Nov. 14. Everyone’s input is vital to make good decisions. Meetings will be held from 6:30 to 9:00 in the same room as last year. Funding priorities were reviewed.  Binders will be available at the Senior Center when complete so we should have about two weeks to read the grants and complete the online ratings sheet.  Navae will be in touch with details of how and when to get your binder. Please prepare by reading and reviewing all of the grants by our first meeting on November 4.                                                                                                                                     There were no HLCC sponsored events to review.                                                                                                 Old Business- Navae shared information from the Tourism Advisory Council. OPED is forming a Wayfinding committee which will meet monthly. A volunteer from HLCC was requested and Chris Dunay volunteered. The meeting adjourned at 7:10.
