Discussion about the 2025 grant reception: April is preferred, early May is also a possibility. All were in favor of hosting this event again. Venue to be determined. Chris F suggested the Holyoke Culinary Arts Center and will contact them about availability. Fame is also a possibility if HCAC is not available. Discussion of last year’s event, consensus was that we want to have the event catered to make it easier rather than bringing everything ourselves like last year.
The timeline for 2025 was reviewed. Meeting dates are Feb 3, Mar 3, April 7, May 5, June 9, July 7, Aug 4, Sept 8, Oct 6, Nov 3, and Dec 8. Grant review meetings in Nov. Chris D proposed marching as a group in this year’s St. Patrick‘s Day Parade — Anne will check with the Mayor and report back.
