  • To approve a second HHA funding commitment for South Holyoke Homes Phase 1 in the amount up to, but not exceeding $998,759.

 

  • South Holyoke Homes Phase I – Contractor Selection

 

  • To award the South Holyoke Homes Phase I to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Inglewood Development Corp., bid amount of $3,863,235.00.

 

  • Storefront Replacement – Falcetti Towers & Beaudry Boucher Apartments

 

  • To award the storefront replacement project at Falcetti Towers & Beaudry Boucher Apt. to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Marois Construction bid amount $103,500.

 

  • Basketball Court Improvement – Toepfert Apartments

 

  • To award the Toepfert Apartments basketball court improvements to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Cornerstone Building Services, bid amount $55,075.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Toepfert Apts. Modernization Improvements (Boys & Girls club, Previous Property Manager Office; 46, 1A)

 

  • To award the contract for modernization improvements at Toepfert Apartments, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Cornerstone Building Services, in the amount of $178,000.

 

 

  • Holyoke Boys & Girls Golf Tournament

 

  • To approve sending a foursome to participate in the HBGC Bruce Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament.
