      FY 2023 Year End Presentation 

A) RESOLUTIONS:

1. To approve the transfer of already approved ongoing Development Dollars designated for Phase II of South Holyoke Homes to HIP

  • To approve the transfer of Development Dollars received from HUD to HIP for Phase II of South Holyoke Homes. 

 2. To approve the purchase of Ford F 150

  • To approve the purchase of a 2025 Ford F 150 in the amount of $54,710.

 3. To approve Toepfert Change Order #3

  • To approve the FY 2025 HHA MTW Annual Plan for submission to HUD.

4. To approve the HHA 2025 MTW Annual Plan

  • To approve Change Order 3 in the amount of $28,892.07 for additional concrete work requested by staff. .

5. To approve modifications to the Administrative Plan to Accommodate HUD’s HOTMA rules

  • To approve proposed updates to the Administrative Plan for staff use.

6. To provide authorization to staff to continue to provide Housing Counseling

  • To authorize HHA to continue to provide housing counseling services to the residents of Holyoke, MA and surrounding communities in accordance with 24CFR 214.103(a).

7. To approve 3rd Quarter Write Offs

  • To approve 3rd Quarter Write Offs in the amount of $6,213.56
