A) RESOLUTIONS:

  1. 2025 HUD Fair Market Rents 
  • To authorize the HHA to apply the 2025 HUD FMR as the payment standard effective January 1, 2025

     2. Five Year Financial Consultant solicitation

  • To approve the solicitation of a three-year contract for On-Call Financial Consultant Services with an option, in HHA’s sole discretion, to renew for a period of up to two additional one-year terms; contract duration shall not exceed five years.

     3. Toepfert Apartments Change Order 4

  • To approve Change Order No. 4 in the amount of $41,693.82, increasing the contract from $3,682,190.82 to $3,723,884.64 and extend substantial completion fourteen (14) days from December 16 to December 30, 2024. 

     4. Rosary Towers Change Order 1

  • To approve Change Order No. 1 in the amount of $39,000, increasing the contract from $1,290,569 to $1,329,569 and extend substantial completion forty-five (45) days from December 17 to January 31, 2025.
  1. Mixed Finance Legal Services Contract Extension
  • To approve the second one-year extension under the current contract or to issue a Request for Proposal.
