A. RESOLUTIONS:
1. Financial Consultant Procurement Approval
- To award the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity three-year contract, with an option, in HHA’s sole discretion, to renew for up to two additional one-year terms for Financial Consultant Services to Community Square Associates LLC, as the highest ranked proposer.
2. South Holyoke Homes Phase II Financial Support
- To approve additional funding commitment for South Holyoke Homes Phase II in the amount of up to, but not to exceed $1,000,000.
3. Falcetti Tower Rooftop Exhaust Fan Replacement
- To reject Nyzio Sheet Metal as non-responsive.
- To award the Falcetti Towers Rooftop Exhaust Fan Replacement contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Araujo Brothers Plumbing & Heating, in the amount of $89,000.
4. Rosary Tower Balcony Repair Change Order
- To approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $26,682.90, increasing the contract from $1,329,569 to $1,356,251.90 and extend substantial completion twenty-seven (27) days from January 31 to February 27, 2025
- Toepfert Apartments Change Order
- To approve the no cost Change Order No. 5 extending substantial completion from January 20 to February 7, 2025.
- Fourth Quarter Write Offs
- To approve the Fourth Quarter Write offs in the amount of $12,096.19
