- South Holyoke Homes Phase 1 – Time Extension
- To approve Change Order No.2 in the amount of $0, extending the time for completion six (6) weeks to August 12, 2022.
- Toepfert Apts. Modernization Improvements (Boys & Girls Club, Previous Property Manager Office; 46, 1A)
- To approve change order No. 1 in the amount of $23,271.29 increasing the total contract amount to $201,271.29 and increase the time for completion 20 days to October 16, 2021.
- Beaudoin Village Roof Replacement and Exterior Finishes
- To approve the Certificates of Completion and conclude the close out process.
- Basketball Court Improvement – Toepfert Apartments
- To approve the Certificates of Completion and conclude the close out process.
- Submission of FY 2022 MTW Annual Plan
- To approve the FY 2022 MTW Annual Plan for submission to HUD no later than October 15, 2021.
- 3rd Quarter Write-Offs
- To approve 3rd Quarter Write-Offs in the amount of $2, 930.85.
