  • To approve Change Order No. 8 in the net amount of $8,672.12 increasing the contract from $4,329,934.14 to $4,338,606.26 and extending the time for completion zero (0) days.
  1. Invitation for Bid – Residential Towers Cleaning Services
  • Award the contract for Residential Towers Cleaning Services to HUB Cleaning, LLC in the amount of $61,285.44 as the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder.
  1. Submission of FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan
  • To approve the FY 2023 MTW Annual Plan for submission to HUD no later than October 15, 2022.
  1. 2023 Payment Standards
  • Authorize the HHA to apply the 2023 HUD FMR as the payment standard effective January 1, 2023.
