A) RESOLUTIONS

1. Bid for Pest Control Services including Bedbugs

Award the two-year contract for Pest Control and Bedbug Extermination
Services to Richland Peat & Bee Control in the amount of $103,680 for pest
control services and bed bug examination service fees of $20 per inspection,
$250 per initial and follow up treatment and a $250 fee if the resident is not
prepared.

2. On Call Designer Selection

To award the two-year on-call, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity
agreements for Engineering Services to Tighe & Bond Designer Services Inc. and
MacRitchie Engineering Inc. as the highest ranked proposers.

To award the two-year on-call, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity
agreements for Architectural Services to Architectural Solutions Inc., and Next
Phase Studios, Inc. as well as Landscape Architectural Services to Berkshire
Design Group, as the highest ranked proposers.

3. Toepfert Apts. Modernization Improvements (15 North Summer; 22 North
Summer 2A, 2C, 3A; 36 North Summer 3D)

To award the contract for modernization improvements at Toepfert
Apartments, to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, Wesfield
Construction Co., Inc., in the amount of $1,448,321.

4. 1 st Quarter Write-offs

Approve 1 st Quarter Write-offs in the amount of $1,761.98
