Pursuant to the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-25, and Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, notice is hereby given that there will be a regular meeting of the Holyoke Economic Development and Industrial Corporation. The meeting is being held in person and remotely according to the provisions of the Executive Order extended by Governor Healey on March 29, 2023. This meeting notice contains the link above providing the public with remote access.

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 30A Section 21(a) “Reasons for Convening Executive Session”, that the HEDIC may enter Executive Session to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate, if the Chairperson declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body. The meeting is being held remotely according to the provisions of the Executive Order extended by Governor Healey on March 29, 2023.
The matters listed on this agenda are those reasonably anticipated by the Chairperson which may be discussed at the meeting. Not all items listed may in fact be discussed and other items not listed may also be brought up for discussion to the extent permitted by law. The meeting may not be called to order if no business is necessary.
