5:30 PM at City Hall, Holyoke

Please note that we have changed the meeting location from the City Council Chambers at City Hall to the office next to Chambers (formerly the Tax Collectors office). if you come through the front door you will go right into the doors. Coming off the elevator, it’s the second door on left. There will be a sign on the room.
