1.    3-6-24 MAGRATH-SMITH, GREANEY – Ordered, that the Director of Economic Development and Planning come into the Finance Sub-Committee to discuss the use of cannabis impact fee funds and future implications for us as a city.

*To discuss release of minutes of Executive Session meetings held on January 1, 2024, February 6, 2024, and June 11, 2024 the contents of which contain discussions (as well as attorney client privileged discussions) of pending MCAD litigation, pending Log Cabin litigation, and threatened litigation by cannabis companies, all of which if discussed in an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the City of Holyoke, as the chair so declares.
