Chapter 44 Sec. 53A, the City Council hereby accepts the provisions of the “FY2020 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assitance Grant (JAG) Grant and authorized the establishment of a fund or other method appropriate for he accounting of the receipts and expenditures of all resources associated with the administration of said grant.
Item 5: McGiverin 8/4/20: Ordered, that in accordance with M.G.L Chapter 44 Sec. 53A, the City Council hereby accepts the provisions of the “IMLS Cares Act Grant entitled Vitual Programming for Distance Learning.” and authorizes the establishment of a Fund or other method appropriate for the accounting of the receipts and expenditures of all resources associated with the administration of said grant.

Item 8: Communication from the Holyoke Community Preservation Act Committee requesting that the City Council vote to approve the FY 2021 Budget Article which appropriates and reserves estimated funds from the CPAC annual revenues in a manner consistent with CPAC legislation for Massachusetts.
