Item 4: 6-7-22 RIVERA_I — Holyoke FY 2023 CPA Budget for City Council Approval. This budget is usually a projection of anticipated revenue from CPA collections as well as the anticipated state match (this years match from the DOR is estimated to be 35%, which is based on the previous years allocation).
Item 5: 6-7-22 MCGIVERIN — that in accordance with M.G.L. Chapter 44 Sec. 53A, the City Council hereby accepts the provisions of the “REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION GRANT PROGRAM, $25,000, NO MATCH ” grant and authorizes the establishment of a Fund or other method appropriate for the accounting of the receipts and expenditures of all resources associated with the administration of said grant.
Item 6: 6-7-22 MCGIVERIN — that there be and is hereby appropriated by transfer in the fiscal year 2022, TWO HUNDRED SEVEN AND 64/100 Dollars ($207.64) as follows:
