Item 5: 6-6-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — Ordered that the City Council invite representatives of the newly established High Street Business Association to discuss their efforts, challenges, priorities and ways the city can support their future initiatives.

Item 6: 6-6-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — That the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. ch. 30B and the City ordinance for property disposition, vote that the City of Holyoke accept the proposal and sell 267 Elm Street for $15,000.00 to GEM Holdings, LLC.  The property is described in the City Assessor Records as Map 004, Block 03, Parcel 004, consisting of approximately 5,662 square feet of vacant land.  The property is zoned as Downtown Residential (DR) and has an assessed value of $34,500.00.

Item 7: 6-6-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — That the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. ch. 30B and the City ordinance for property disposition, vote that the City of Holyoke accept the proposal and sell 107 Clemente Street for $34,700.00 to Housing Innovations and Programming, Inc. (a division of Holyoke Housing Authority).  The property is described in the City Assessor Records as Map 028, Block 03, Parcel 002, consisting of approximately 6,534 square feet of vacant land.  The property is zoned as Downtown Residential (DR) and has an assessed value of $34,700.00.

Item 8: 5-16-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — Ordered, that the City Council declare a lot on Easthampton Road as surplus property available for disposition. Said parcel is identified by the Holyoke Board of Assessors records as Map 212, Block 00, Parcel 001 consisting of vacant land of approximately 53.5 acres in size. The property is more particularly described at the Hampden County Registry of Deeds in Book 5574, Page 41.  On May 21, 2007, the property was awarded to the City via a Land Court Decree with a Final Judgment recorded in Hampden County Registry of Deeds Book 16740, Page 126.  The property is zoned Business General (BG) and has an assessed value of $1,119,200.

Item 9: 6-20-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — Ordered, that the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 30B and the Holyoke Code of Ordinances procurement ordinance, declare 118 Newton Street (Assessors Map 011, Block 03, Parcel 008) as surplus property available for disposition. The property was acquired via a judgment in tax lien foreclosure in 2023.  It is approximately 4,270 square feet in size, zoned Downtown Residential (DR) and has an assessed value of $34,300.

Item 10: 6-20-23 MURPHY-ROMBOLETTI — Ordered, that the Honorable City Council, in accordance with M.G.L. Ch. 30B and the Holyoke Code of Ordinances procurement ordinance, declare 138 Cabot Street (Assessors Map 010, Block 01, Parcel 009) as surplus property available for disposition. The property was acquired via a judgment in tax lien foreclosure in 2023.  It is approximately 2.761 square feet in size, zoned General Industry (IG) and has an assessed value of $17,400.
