1. Review and approve minutes from 12/14/22
2. Updates on past projects, Including but not limited to:
a) MIFA Murals – City Council and contract update
b) Wistariahurst Museum Repainting – Request for Additional Funds
c) Girls Inc./Former O’Connell Building – preservation restriction, signage, and celebration updates
d) JFK Memorial – signage update
e) Fire Department Mack Fire Truck – invoice updates
3. Review of Attendance and On Screen Requirements for CPA Members
4. Review of 2023 Applications
a) Review of CPAC timeline
b) Amy presents the standard contract terms
c) Discuss all applications and vote on projects for 2023, naming any non-standard contract terms
