The City of Holyoke, lead city for Holyoke-Chicopee-Westfield Consortium, will conduct a public
meeting for the Citizens Advisory Committee. The purpose of the meeting is to review FY2022 CDBG
Proposals and a reprogramming of unallocated funds to the repair of the Wistariahurst wall and make
funding recommendations
