5.      Board of Public Works priorities for FY26 budget and capital plan

6.      Review process on minutes postings procedure:  development of agenda, meeting posting, recording minutes, approving minutes, minutes posting.  Review additional administrative processes:  internal abatement process procedures, house call billings.
