STORMWATER AUTHORITY – OLD BUSINESS

STORMWATER AUTHORITY – NEW BUSINESS
- The Holyoke Stormwater Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. to hear, pursuant to Section 38.0 of the Holyoke Ordinance, an application for a Stormwater Permit by Appleton Corporation to expand an existing parking lot with access driveways, surface and subsurface stormwater infrastructure and site amenities at the Pulaski Heights apartment complex at 76 Maple Street, known as parcel 015-02-002.
- The Holyoke Stormwater Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. to hear, pursuant to Section 38.0 of the Holyoke Ordinance, an application for a Stormwater Permit by Way Finders, Inc. for properties located at 344 Appleton Street, 188-190 Chestnut Street, and 207 Elm Street. The project consists of comprehensive redevelopment of each of the three sites and includes new 2-story townhouse style apartment buildings with incidental site improvements including parking, driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, utility service connections, and stormwater management systems.
- The Holyoke Stormwater Authority will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 9, 2021 at 5:45 p.m. to hear, pursuant to Section 38.0 of the Holyoke Ordinance, an application for a Stormwater Permit by Pleasantrees, Inc. for stormwater management improvements at 111 Mosher Street, known as parcel 050-01-002, 050-01-003, 050-01-004, and 050-01-003.1
