Public comment on the allocation of American Rescue Plan Act Interest Income to submitted proposals. Comments may be submitted in writing to zoellera@holyoke.org, or to City of Holyoke Office for Community Development, Room 400, Holyoke MA 01040, or orally by calling 413-322-5610. Interested parties have been invited to submit proposals for ARPA Interest funded activities in the areas of housing and municipal projects. The public is invited to comment on the proposals.
