a. Receipt and review by BPW of complete list of commercial and business enterprises in the City currently having their recycling picked up by the City
b. Consideration of notices to these businesses regarding future pick-ups
c. Proposed meeting with City Council to discuss before any notices are given

3. Discuss with DPW Director the Board’s priorities for FY26 budget and capital plan

4. Project status updates
a. Race and Cabot reconstruction: Center City Connector

5. Review process on minutes postings procedure: development of agenda, meeting posting, recording minutes, approving minutes, minutes posting
