Please be advised that starting at 8:00am on Monday, February 17, 2025, a reverse parking ban will be enforced, prohibiting parking on the EVEN side of the street and on cul-de-sacs until further notice. The mission of HEMA or the Holyoke Emergency Management Department is to develop, coordinate and lead the City's Emergency Management Program, enabling effective preparation for, and efficient response to, emergencies and disasters in order to save lives, reduce human suffering and reduce property loss.

We work with other departments and agencies to mitigate potential risks, and are prepared to respond as necessary to assist our emergency response personnel.
