The Holyoke Community Preservation Act Committee is seeking the public’s input as they work toward making determinations on which projects to support for fiscal year 2022 round of allocations. CPA funds, a program approved by voters in 2016, can provide support for programs that fall under the categories of open space protection, historic rehabilitation, affordable housing and outdoor recreation in the City of Holyoke.
