City Compliance Form

If you will be seeking a historical tax credit letter of support from the Historical Commission, applicants will need to submit a completed City Compliance Form.

The fully completed City Compliance Form must be submitted with the Historic Tax Credit Letter of Support Request Form before the commission will consider your application.
