Below we will help to answer your questions. Listed are the permits issued by the City of Holyoke Board of Health. To download the applications, simply click on the link. NOTE: All temporary applications and fees require that all applications, paperwork, and fees must be in the office three business days (72 hours) prior to the event.

No permits will be issued outside of this time limit.
